The Leonardo is a non-profit community-powered museum in downtown Salt Lake City. The Leonardo’s mission is to fuse science, technology, and art in spaces and experiences that inspire creativity and innovation in people of all ages and backgrounds.
Utah Division of Water Resources
The Utah Division of Water Resources is one of the divisions housed within the Department of Natural Resources. Tasked with planning, conserving, developing and protecting Utah’s water resources, the division earnestly strives to be Utah’s water steward. Utah is a semi-arid state and its water future is one of the most significant challenges facing us today. The state of Utah and the division recognize the vitality in finding sustainable solutions to ensure Utah families have reliable water, that agriculture and businesses can be successful and that the environment can prosper. We believe that we will meet future water needs through a combination of multi-faceted solutions that include conservation, efficiency, optimization, agriculture conversion and water development. Such an approach will help us prepare, plan and sustain Utah’s water future.

SeaQuest Utah is an interactive aquarium, we are dedicated to forming a bond between people and animals.
Utah State Historic Preservation Office
The State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) is Utah’s primary agency with knowledge and expertise in historic preservation. Housed within the Department of Cultural and Community Engagement, we facilitate historic preservation, archaeological stewardship and education for the benefit of Utah.
Wasatch Beekeepers Association
WBA is the place where the beekeepers of Northern Utah meet to share our love of the striped ladies, and teach the importance of bees in our ecosystem.

Brigham Young University
Late on a stormy night (Friday the 13th it was!) a shrill cry pierced the darkness and Daniel Smalley was born. Young Daniel was a farmhand by day and an intrepid experimenter by night. He experimented a great deal with holography, and for this reason was led to attend MIT earned four degrees while creating the world’s first low-cost holographic video monitor. Now as an associate BYU professor and NSF CAREER award winner, he is making the 3D displays of science fiction a reality using waveguide-based modulators and optical tractor beam technologies.
