The subjects of my work are primarily people of color and are often shaped by my culture, experiences, and my idiosyncrasies. In soft, surreal dreamscapes, they navigate the sometimes-tenuous line between connection and isolation.

Alex Wonder is an artist hailing from North Idaho. After receiving her B.F.A. Visual Arts from Boise State in 2013, she moved to Salt Lake City to pursue being a festival artist. She specializes in using homegrown, foraged, and upcycled goods to make witchy-inspired art pieces such as herbal wreaths, handmade paints, Tarot Cards, and jewelry. Interests include: small dogs and tall tales.
